BuildROI is a process-driven, agile retrofit platform.

Standardised, escrowed milestones; practical PM sign-offs; audit-ready evidence; and an agile data loop that improves every job. We're the light-touch governance layer that makes builds finish right — without red tape.

Service fee: Up to 10% Homeowner & 5% Government with Homeowners fee paid at each verified milestone (paid at PM's sign-off).

What the fee covers: Escrow admin, PM verification, issues/variations triage, evidence packs, dashboards, and reporting.

The Ask

The work will happen anyway. We're asking to oversee the process so public money flows with confidence and outcomes are auditable — while helping early homeowners choose this route.

Government support focuses on the process layer: Platform, legal templates, PM pool, reporting — not the build cost itself.

The Feasibility Process

We'll run a 6–12 month proof of concept in order to justify a follow on pilot over 18-24 months that will include 4-week improvement cycles. Templates, thresholds, and dashboards update from live data as jobs progress.
